A masterplan concept design located in Randfontein Johannesburg . The client wanted to explore a new development in the area where the community would have access to services. We explored how to create the most liveable and community driven design possible in terms of master planning and introducing green spaces. The development would consist of multi storey housing, retail , middle income housing and community facilities.
